Nivo Home Renovations collects the information you submit so our team can understand your renovation needs and contact you about project next steps.

Information We Collect

Name, phone number, email, city or area, project type, renovation description, preferred timing, optional marketing consent, and phone-verification status when you use the AI design tool.

How We Use It

We use your information to create a customer profile, support project manager follow-up, estimate scope, and improve our renovation intake workflow.

AI Design Photos

When you use the AI design tool, your uploaded room photo, selected room and style, and optional notes are sent to Google Gemini to create the preview. Nivo does not save the uploaded or generated image in its lead database. We retain a successful-preview record linked to your registered phone number, containing the room, style, source page and time, so we can enforce the free-design limit and understand tool use. Avoid uploading photos that contain people or sensitive information.

Website Measurement

We record limited website-use events such as page views, quote-button clicks, form openings and successful submissions. These events use a temporary random session identifier and may include the page path, campaign labels, referring website domain and general device type. They do not include your contact details, project description, IP address or raw browser identifier.

SMS Phone Verification

If you request a one-time verification code in the AI design tool, Google Firebase processes your phone number and verification attempt to deliver and verify the code. Nivo uses the verification result to confirm the registered number. Requesting a verification code is not consent to marketing messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Design Referral Credits

When a new user completes verified registration through a personal AI design invite and a referral credit is awarded, Nivo records the normalized phone numbers of the referring and referred users and the award time to prevent duplicate or self-referrals and enforce the two-reward limit. The invite link does not contain the uploaded room photo or generated design. Using or sharing an invite is optional.

Sharing

We do not sell lead information. We may share project details with trusted renovation team members only when needed to review scope, scheduling, measurements or pricing.
